The accommodation consists of a bright central living room with kitchen corner, open fireplace and access to the terrace, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extensive grounds are set in a quiet and idyllic hillside position - a perfect place where to relax. Several interesting Umbrian and Tuscan towns, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all approx. 40-50km away) and the Lake Trasimeno, with its sandy beaches and islands (50 km), are to be reached within one hour drive. Città di Castello 17km. Shops and restaurants are in Badia Petroia (3km) and Trestina (5km). Unpaved driveway.
