The holiday apartment built in 1988, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.

Porches, district Lagoa. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Outdoor pool (10 m x 23 m, depth 3 m, for common use). Children's pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 1,2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of November.
