This family-run house offers two modern holiday apartments. It is only 50 metres from the sea and is at the start of Medulin bay. The wonderful view of the bay will delight you and the relaxing atmosphere is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The well-known seaside area boasts a wonderful long coast and is surrounded by a chain of little islands.
The two apartments are equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning in the living room, all of which can be used free of charge.
Each apartment has a balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Enjoy the great view of the bay whenever you like, especially the beautiful sunset over the sea in the evening. The green garden full of flowers and plants invites you to relax, with a brick-built grill and a dining space with a big dining table, for the use of all guests. You can park free of charge on site.
There is a free boat mooring 15 metres from the shore and 200 metres from the apartment.
In front of the house there is a 50-metre-wide strip of grass with olive trees, then there is the sea. This very quiet area is full of birds. It is about 500 metres to the nearest grocery shop and restaurant.
