This holiday villa is located about one kilometre from the beach and has two separate apartments. The apartments are new and well equipped. They are very comfortable and offer space for 4 people, ideal for families with children.
All rooms have two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment can accommodate four people. Cot available on request. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Guests have their own parking place at their disposal.
The swimming pool is open from June to September.
The house is located near the centre of Medulin. There you will find shops, bars, restaurants, a basketball court, cash dispensers, bakery, pharmacy and much more. After about 10 minutes walking (or 3 minutes by car) you reach the beach.
