Great modern apartment - Holidays at the poolside, free Wi-Fi with 5G Fiber , Air-Co, BBQ The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a cosy 22 apartments condominium with a communal swimming pool right outside the terrace - in the countryside of Albufeira at 2,5 km of city center and sandy beaches.For a relaxing night indoors you can also see your favorite series through our Smart TV, or play a table game in family.Holidays at Poolside with Free Wi-Fi,5G Fiber, Smart TV, AirCo, BBQ give you the best of two worlds: completely relaxed days with views to the country side and 10 minutes walking from the strip - the busiest street in Albufeira - with bars and restaurants!

You can use the communal pool and a BBQ area in the green garden.The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and pool loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is a box with toys and some utilities for the swimming pool and beach.

The ground floor is about 100 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV and a double sofa bed. There are also two bedrooms. The main room, which includes a double bed, has an en-suit bathroom; the second bedroom, which includes two beds, is possible to join them together or/and add an extra bed or cot. Plus there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a dining area, as well as another shower room. The apartment has WiFi, air-conditioning and a sound system in all rooms.

The street has some restaurants nearby:- right across the street you will find "Tasca da Xica" - there you will find some delicious meals like "Portuguese steak", between other ones and also underful vegetarian salads like the "César Salade ...".Further , 50 m you will at the bistro "Gastronómica", from Chefe Matos where you can have small meal like a delicious hamburgers made from meat, fish or vegetable or a gourmet meal like "Maminha à chefe" or "Caril de Gambas" .A bit further you have "Poente", a busy portuguese restaurant where you can have the daily meal for less than 10 euros. a 1000 m to the north you have from the same owner but less crowded "Sol Nascente" . In these restaurantes you usually eat well and in big quantities ...For the south you will find across the street the "Bifanas do Costa" you will find a bit of a tapas bar with reat beer.Just a little bit further at your right you will find have Lima where you can also have good portuguese food ... then if you keep going to the south in direction to the Montechoro Hotel you will find all the Restaurants and Bars from the Strip and the street parallel to it's about 600 meters is the "Montechoro Hotel" and the starting of the Strip - the busy street with bars and restaurants.

We provide the beach towels and there are plenty of appliances/toys/games from our kids that we leave for free use, like rollers, bicycles, a tricycle will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed and/or cot for small children in the holiday home. If you prefer side protections may be added. We can put an extra bed in both rooms, in case of groups of 6 people that want to keep the living room free.
