Tutte sistemazioni dispongono di un salotto con divano, da una a tre camere con letto matrimoniale, una cucina, bagno con doccia. Televisione satellitare nel soggiorno. Gli appartamenti si trovano a piano terra e al primo piano, non ci sono scale.
A disposione degli ospiti una piscina di mt. 5x12 con copertura telescopica che ne permette l'uso anche nelle giornata un pò più fresche e lettini per sdraiarsi a bordo piscina. All'esterno dell'appartamento c'è una veranda con tavolo e sedie da giardino dove poter mangiare e leggere un libro. Barbecue in muratura all'esterno ad uso comune. Giochi per bambini, ovvero altalena, scivolo e giostra. Campo da bocce e da pallavolo.
