Only a few kilometers from El Gastor near Cadiz and 20 kilometers from Ronda you will find this fantastic vacation home in a dreamlike, picturesque landscape. The house combines rustic and modern architecture. As soon as you enter the beautiful outdoor area, the house welcomes you with its traditional facade, the pretty covered terrace and the gorgeous infinity pool, which gives you a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area and the reservoir of Zahara. Enjoy the connection to pure nature here and let your soul dangle. On the various terraces you can benefit from the optimal climate of the region while sunbathing, barbecuing or reading a book. The 2000 m² property is completely fenced and thus offers plenty of run and exploration area for your pet.
The house extends over 117 m² on 2 floors. On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with a beautiful fireplace for romantic hours in the winter time and a nice dining area for communal meals. The open kitchen offers plenty of storage space and a practical counter for cooking evenings with the whole family. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. Here, in another living area, you can quietly read a good book and admire the beautiful scenery from the window.
