Modern terraced house in a fantastic location between Portixol and Cuidad Jardin, the most desirable suburbs of Palma. It is close to the attractive beach promenade and the popular sandy beach. Make the most of the numerous shopping opportunities, perhaps refuelling in one of the cafes. The area is well connected and therefore ideal for holidaymakers who do not wish to hire a car during their stay. The best fish restaurants on the island, speciality grills and tapas restaurants are just around the corner whilst the nearby capital of Palma lures visitors with the many shopping opportunities and beautiful architecture as well as cultural and culinary offerings.
