Villa Soler De Baix is a sweet and cheerful property, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, private pool and surrounded by unspoilt countryside. It is well located close to Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Blessed by extensive outdoor areas with gardens, lawn and terraces, and carefully furnished inside with light and airy interiors, this villa is a perfect family holiday home for a quiet retreat under the sun. Built as a single storey villa, the property is approached through iron gates and up an oleander lined driveway. The villa has a large uncovered terrace leading to the entrance door and also to the pool area.
Inside, there is an airy, spacious lounge/dining room with large sliding doors providing unrestricted views across the countryside. There are two sofas and banco seating with cushions in the lounge and a large teak table perfect for dining all together. Next to the lounge there is a fitted kitchen with a door leading to a covered terrace with a teak table and chairs and a freestanding BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining.
To the left of the entrance there is a hallway (fitted with wardrobes) leading down to two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
For the safety of the children, the swimming pool is gated.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
