DESCRIPTION: Ca'n Mesilla is a holiday cottage, just outside Santa Margalida, on a hillside, which gives it a view of the sea. This finca is built on a 14000m2 plot, where vegetables and fruit are still grown. The house has a living area of about 200 m2 on two levels plus its terraces. In the groundfloor there is a large dining kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, fridge-freezer and all necessary small appliances. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The livingroom on the first floor is equipped with sofas, SAT-TV and wifi internet. To the finca belongs a cultivated garden with lawn and a private pool of 8,5x4,5m with sunloungers. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace and a parking for 3 cars on the property
