In Klanxbüll on the North Sea coast, you will find the "Käptn's Suite" holiday apartment in a typical Frisian thatched-roof house. It's the perfect place to relax with the whole family.

This exclusive ground-floor flat combines the charm of a thatched-roof house with modern living culture and energy efficiency. It is modern and barrier-free and has geothermal underfloor heating throughout. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a cosy double bed.

The spacious living and kitchen unit is perfect for cosy evenings in North Friesland. The high-quality induction hob and the oven at standing height offer plenty of convenience when cooking. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. Firewood can be conveniently obtained from the landlord, the first load is ready for you free of charge on arrival in the house. The apartment is allergy-friendly.

There is an infrared sauna for 2 people in the larger of the two bedrooms. Here you can warm up and relax in cold weather.

The south-facing terrace, bordered by a typical local Frisian wall, offers enough space for coffee and cake in the open air or sunbathing in a high-quality beach chair. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning in a sheltered beach chair. Meanwhile, the children can play in the sandpit. A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge.

You will also find a safe for your personal valuables, insect screens in front of the windows and a lockable bicycle shed (shared with guests of the upper floor flat). The WLAN radio has a Bluetooth connection.

The holiday apartment DSH331 is located on the upper floor of the house. The entrance area with staircase is used by both apartments; each apartment has its own, naturally lockable entrance door.

This house is also well equipped for excursions, endless cycle tours and long walks.

Klanxbüll in the north of North Friesland is also easy to reach by train thanks to the railway line to Westerland on Sylt and is ideal for exploring the entire Frisian coast with its islands and Halligen. It is just as easy to get to Denmark with the bathing island of Rømø, to Husum with its castle and crocus blossom, to numerous natural fishing waters, to the nearby Emil Nolde Museum and to Flensburg with its numerous shopping options. The local supermarket, bakery, café, railway station, doctor and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. A folder with tips and important information is available for guests in the house,
