Beautiful cottage with perfect location in the recreational cottage area Sandskogen, east of Ystad. In 15 minutes walk you can reach the train station in Ystad. The sea and its beautiful sandy beach are within walking distance from the house (200 m), it invites you to sunbathe, swim and take pleasant walks. The area is a summer idyll with mini golf, tennis courts, cozy restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors, a first-class hotel with gym, spa, bars, water sports. Good bike paths will take you to the center of Ystad (10th century), which is very suitable for shopping. But you can also see Santa Maria church and Gråbrödraklostret monastery. The fabulous Ales Stenar in Kåseberga is also worth a visit. The house has an engaging, open architecture, its wooden terrace just outside the kitchen is well suited for outdoor meals. Also present are a large bathroom, three bedrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen. The upper floor of the house is closed. In the garden furniture is available. In the small annex. are a sleeping accommodation, shower, toilet and kitchenette. The owner occasionally lives on the upper floor, he has his own entrance, this entrance is not available to guests.
