Apartment in Mittersill with Little Balcony

This ground-level and wheelchair-accessible wooden house enjoys a quiet location right next to a babbling wild stream and is in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The owners live in the house next door. Owing to its location, the house is suitable both for skiers and for hikers.

The newly decorated holiday house for five people provides around 40m² of space for relaxing. The modern and rustic kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a fridge and freezer. It also has a comfortable sitting corner with a dining table and a TV. The bedroom has a fully-automatic pellets stove with a glass front, exuding a cosy atmosphere and heating the whole house and the hot water. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bunk bed (90 x 200cm per bed) and a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The bedroom and the kitchen have a modern flatscreen TV. High-speed Internet access is available throughout the house free of charge. The modern bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.

The holiday house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a brick-built grill and seating. You can enjoy the view from a little balcony and a sunny terrace. The site is partially fenced. The parking space is right in front of the house and is free.

The owner offers a bread rolls delivery service and eggs from his own hens, for a fine breakfast.

    “Fijn huisje. Alles zit erin. Lieve familie ze helpen je goed en kunnen goed informatie delen.

    Het huisje is goed geïsoleerd waardoor je warmte binnen houdt. Alleen is dit in de zomer warm.

    Bij de beschrijving staan een wasmachine en droger. Die zitten niet in je huisje en gebruik ervan kost geld. Het zou goed zijn dat dit vooraf gemeld wordt.”

    “Ganz tolle Unterkunft inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft und tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten! Alles perfekt! Wir wurden super freundlich und herzlich empfangen, es war komplett unkompliziert, alles im Haus vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich mega wohlgefühlt.
