Located in a peaceful holiday region close to a broad, sandy beach and a distinctive, undulating coastline, this holiday home nestles in the shelter of green pine trees in a landscape of rolling dunes and attractive countryside. Here, you can enjoy the views from the high dunes, or let the waters of the refreshing North Sea wash around your bare feet. While navigating the well-marked walking and cycling trails, you will have a good chance of experiencing the region's rich animal life at close quarters. The coastal area also offers good opportunities for paragliding, with the highest dunes used as launching pads. For golf enthusiasts of all levels, good courses exist near the towns of Løkken and Blokhus. Anglers are also well served, with good opportunities to land a catch from the jetties, beaches and local 'put and take' lakes. From the holiday home, it is only five kilometres to the lively seaside resort of Løkken, where the 'Action House' amusement centre offers bowling, go carts, laser games and much more. The town is also well served by night clubs, cafes and restaurants. Other local attractions include Faarup Sommerland amusement park which offers around 50 different rides and attractions as well as a water park. Younger children will enjoy a visit to Family Farm Fun Park with its large selection of animals, many of which can be petted at close quarters. Many parts of the region are under threat from sea erosion. Constant erosion has left Mårup Church dangerously close to a cliff edge, while the lighthouse at the transient sand dune of Rubjerg Knude is in the process of being swallowed up by the sand!
