This front row villa facing the sea consists of two beautiful three-storey maisonettes (basement, ground floor, first floor) and is located in Skroponeri Bay near Chalkida Evia (17 km).
The two maisonettes share the basement, which consists of a common kitchen and open-plan dining room, a living room with fireplace, a living room terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The ground floor of each maisonette apartment consists of a large living room with sea views, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Each maisonette has two double bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom.
The villa is ideal for families travelling together or a group of friends. You have large courtyards with mountain views, while the front ground floor offers stunning sea views from the terrace, which is connected to the garden where the outdoor barbecue area is located.
The garden front opens directly onto the beach (50m walk). The village of Politeia has sports facilities (tennis, basketball, volleyball) and a fully equipped children's playground near the house (200 m walk). Near the house there is a nice beach bar-restaurant ("Cosy"). In Skorponeri bay there are also 2 fish tavernas, one outside the village (Kyra Leni) and one near St Nicholas church outside the village, at the end of the gulf. The nearest club area 'Alykes' is in the village of Drosia (15 km) near Chalkida. Chalkida has a variety of café-bars and restaurants.
The house is also 120 km from Athens International Airport. Apart from the local Politeia beach, there is another beautiful beach called "Alykes" just 20 km away near Drosia with sunbeds, beach bars, tavernas and cafes, where many water sports activities are also available.
The whole area around the gulf is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and canoeing. Nearby excursions can be organised to Chalkida (17 km), the archaeological area and museum of Delphi (90 km), Arachova and Parnassos (80 km). The highest beaches of Chiliadou and Limnionas are located on the eastern side of the Aegean Sea, about 80 km away.
