Si tratta di due appartamenti in una splendida villa a soli 80 metri dal mare. Il proprietario abita in loco. La casa è immersa nella natura negli oliveti e la macchia del parco naturale di Otranto, Tricase e Leuca.

Giardino ben curato con alberi e alberi da frutto e fiori, cortile e parcheggio riservato (1 posto auto per ogni appartamento).

La casa si trova a soli 80 m dal mare: basta solo scendere le scale e si è in acqua. Il posto è eccellente con costa rocciosa bassa e un isolotto di roccia a 20 metri dalla costa che crea uno specchio d'acqua basso e tranquillo, riparato dalle onde.

Parco naturale con possibilità passegiate a piedi e in bicicletta, grotte lungo la costa ed eventuali escursioni e visite alle grotte in barca. Ad 1,5 km troverete un porticciolo turistico balneabile, con negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti, gelaterie e discoteche.
