From the living room a staircase leads to the sleeping loft with good room height, where there is another double bed. The covered terrace is also accessible from the living room. The property offers enough space for running around and on the neighboring property horses graze behind a fence. Part of the garden is a natural plot where the grass grows wild.
The nearby nature area is called Kalvebod Fælled and is a beautiful area for cycling and walking.
