The charming new Villa Markulin, located in the quiet village Šišan near the famous tourist center Medulin. This villa is an ideal choice for all those who like to stay in a peaceful environment surrounded by green nature. The villa is new and it is completed walled. The exterior area includes an outdoor swimming pool, an elegant terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful green garden. At your disposal there is a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue, table and chairs and satellite TV where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones. The interior of the villa consists of tree bedrooms with private bathroom, TV and aircondiotn. On the groundfloor is a livingroom with kitchen, dinningroom, playroom and toilette. Villa Markulin can accommodate up to eight persons, and you have three bedrooms at your disposal on the first floor, while additional beds are on the couch in the living rooms. At your disposal you also have free internet access parking spaces. Villa Markulin will give you complete relaxation and escape from the busy everyday life, and if you decide to explore the surroundings and Medulin, the beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach bars are only a few minutes away by car. 95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
