The modern vacation home named "Meer & Mehr II" is located in the middle of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, directly between the nearby Baltic Sea beach and the Marina Olpenitz, a yacht and sailing harbor. Lots of light wood, natural tones and high-quality furnishings create a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.

Directly next door is the sister house "Meer & Mehr I" (Sea & More I), which is identical in construction. (DOP103), which can also be rented through the provider. Thus, you can also vacation here with the extended family or several friends at the same time and still enjoy privacy.

The vacation home with a distant view of the sea and harbor offers space for up to four adults and two children. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are two separate bedrooms upstairs. Two additional sleeping spaces are located on the sofa bed in the living area. Because of the two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the upper floor with a shower/bathtub, it is also perfect for vacationing with more people. In the bathroom on the ground floor is the private infrared heat cabin of the cottage. Here you can warm up again after a long walk on the Baltic Sea. The wood-burning stove in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere. In addition, a 4K smart TV, a Magenta TV box with hard drive receiver, a Bose soundbar and a 4K Blu-ray player are at your disposal. An in-house fiber optic connection from Telekom enables fast internet (wired and WLAN) independent of the resort's WLAN.

The open and spacious terrace of the house invites you to sunbathe or share meals with the whole family. A high-quality Weber electric grill is available here, so that nothing stands in the way of joint barbecue evenings. Fun for the whole family brings games for indoors and outdoors. The transport of the two sun loungers and other utensils to the nearby sandy beach is facilitated by a trolley. You can end the day in the wind-protected beach chair with a glass of wine.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half-year. In the winter half-year they are safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Enjoy here your spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer particularly much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the cottage.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
