South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline. Apartment is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with nearby holiday house "Jasna".Living space of 63 sq meters is spread over ground floor with exit to the covered terrace furnished with outdoor sitting facilities. Air condition is in the hall. Garden and surrounding area spread over 150 m2 make a perfect spot for the outdoor living, children playground and relaxed barbecue dinners. There is also area of cca 235 m2 with parking space and outside showers which can be used by both houses.
