The newly built 3 ½-bedroom apartment includes a modern large dining and living room. From there you have a spectacular view to enjoy. The large windows in the living room reach from ground up to the ceiling providing a unique view. The 20m2 balcony ensures that you get several hours of sunshine  and offers a beautiful view over the lake of St. Moritz and its surrounding landscape.
 
The main bedroom is equipped with a special bed (Boxspring, 180cm) and a bathroom with rainforest shower and with a Bidet. The apartment comes with a second bedroom with Boxspring bed (140cm) and an additional bathroom (including a shower) for guests.
 
The modern kitchen provides oven, steamer, dishwasher, induction cooker and a separated Wok. For a cosy evening there are also a Raclette-oven and a Fondue-set available, so you can enjoy cooking authentic Swiss dishes.
 
During your stay you get the parking space in the garage for free.
 
The elevator takes you from the garage directly to your flat.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.Welcome to Engadin St. Moritz.

    “Wir haben 3 Wochen im Casa Torri verbracht und sind begeistert! Die kurzen Gehdistanzen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busstationen und See haben die tolle Wohnung noch zusätzlich aufgewertet. Positiv: Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung! Due Einrichtung ist schön und auch zweckmässig. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum sowohl in den Schlafzimmern wie auch in den Badezimmern. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben sie auch viel genutzt.
    Der Parkplatz in der geräumigen Einstellhalle ist sehr praktisch! Negativ: Nichts”

    “Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich, super gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles stimmte für uns. Es war wie „nach Hause kommen“. Herzlichen Dank für die gute Betreuung im Vorfeld durch Herr Torri und vor Ort durch Frau Monteiro! Positiv: Ich war schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen aber eine so super ausgestattete Küche hatte ich noch nirgends angetroffen! Die Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr, sehr herzlich und äusserst sympathisch.”
