Large living room with sofa dining room open modern kitchen. Glass ceramic cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher very well equipped. Additional WC with washing machine and dryer, WLAN and SAT.TV. 2 private parking spaces. Garden with enough garden furniture. Free use of 2 large pools with beautiful sea view, 4 tennis courts, table tennis, beach volley-basket court, children's playground, very quiet and a beautiful view into the green. In the village you will find many shopping facilities, Monday market, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Golf course and bike park nearby. Good starting point to discover the beautiful places of the Cote d`azure. The entrance to the flat is via the garden stairs through the garden of the upper flat. The parking space is below the house.

    “Eine glatte Empfehlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv: Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche sehr gut mit allen Geräten, die man gebrauchen kann. Zwei sehr große Pools mit 25m Bahnen in der Anlage, wo man auch mal richtig schwimmen kann. Bäcker verkauft täglich seine Produkte auf der Anlage. Negativ: nichts”

    “Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist für kleinere Kinder nicht ideal. Die Lage ist im Großraum Küste gut gelegen, aber man braucht für jeden Einkauf und Strandbesuch das Auto. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hervorragend ausgestattet mit vielen nützlichen Dingen, die der Vermieter zur Verfügung stellt. Für Ausflüge an der Coté d'Azur bietet sich Les Issambres sehr gut an. Die Pools im Gelände sind top gepflegt. Negativ: Die untere Wohnung ist nur über eine ungesicherte, steile, enge Treppe zu erreichen. Hinter der Terrasse geht es recht steil runter. Für uns mit Kleinkind daher nicht ideal, da man die Kinder nicht einfach auf der Terrasse spielen lassen kann bzw. auch nicht alleine die Treppe laufen lassen sollte. Außer Pool ist für jede Aktivität ein Auto erforderlich.”
