The comfortable and spacious 98 sqm apartment, furnished in a modern style, is located in Umag. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a family house with still an apartment for 4 people that is rented in the same house. For families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays together, and in any case have their own space and privacy, in the rear part of the property, two more apartments are rented, for a maximum of 6 people in an independent building, with garden and deck chairs. The sunny, quiet location close to the city center is excellent for families or groups of friends. Not far from the beach and bathing facilities. For those wishing to attend the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament which has been taking place for years in Umag in the Stella Maris area, the accommodation is excellent.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe with bookcase and a single bed, the second bedroom with double bed (160x200), two shelves, night lamps, wardrobe with mirror and futon, bed linen provided (weekly change). The large bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, amenities, washing machine, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The sunny living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, exit to the terrace. The dining area with table and 6 chairs adjoining the living room and equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with a freezer area, oven, stove with 4 gas burners, extractor hood, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, Mocca, and kettle. The spacious terrace with garden table and chairs is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with friends. For the safety of your cars, the house offers private parking in the fenced yard. Pets are welcome (maximum one small size on request). Supplement per day payable on arrival in cash.



The beach, although not very close, is easily reachable on foot (distance 1200 m), the Ultra supermarket at 250 m, the closest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" at only 250 m, the seafront at 400 m. The location of the house is convenient for its proximity to the city center and the seaside areas. The area is quiet and central due to the proximity of various services such as a bank, post office, ATM, several bars, restaurants. The beaches in the area are pebbly, rocky, with gravel and sand of various structures. The highlight of the beaches along the coast of Umag and its surroundings are the pine trees and a lot of vegetation in the proximity of the beaches. This will allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.



In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, children's play areas along the coast. To shop it is better to walk a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.


In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, a golf course with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of ​​the white truffle, Hum the smallest town in the world, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, boat trip Fish picnic, Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Day trips to NP Plitvice by bus and Venice by hydrofoil are possible. For greedy tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
