Holiday Apartment in Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis) with Central Fireplace and Direct View

A spacious villa, on two levels, overlooking the sea. A private staircase leads to a restricted area on the rocks, with space for umbrella and chairs for guests. Adjacent to this area is present a long natural rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children. This sea area is especially reserved even in high season and allows long periods of relaxation and refreshing swims. The sea adjacent allows underwater fishing excursions.


The main level of the house is the subject of this announcement; on the second level there is an indipendent studio apartment suitable for two people, which is rented separately (property number 1989014 in e-domizil). The main level of the villa provides, in the bedroom area, 1 kingsize bedroom with view of the Bay of Angels, with attached master bathroom, two rooms with two beds (one with sea view), and a shared bathroom for these two rooms.


The living area consists of large living room with reading area / TV, dining area with large table and large central fireplace (impressive for winter stays). The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and is adjacent to a bathroom with washing machine and a room with two other beds.


The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with a heat pump.


The villa is surrounded by thick Mediterranean vegetation.


Nearby, two beaches within easy reach by car or walk along the rocks.

    “Potrei consigliare anche un piccolo congelatore a pozzo. Nel caso in cui dovessero partecipare alla vacanza da 5 a 8 persone, risulterebbe davvero molto comodo (quasi essenziale). Positiv: Villa stupenda, dislocata in una posizione a dir poco magnifica.
    La gentilezza, la puntualità e la disponibilità dei proprietari (Paolo e Naty) è stata unica. Una vacanza all'insegna del totale relax di fronte ad un mare stupendo. P”
