Holiday cottage with panoramic views Ferring Sø (lake). This well-functioning family cottage is furnished with 2 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room and wellness section with a 4 person whirlpool in elevated level, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The house is located on a 1053 m2 dune plot right next to Ferring Sø andh approx. 200 m from the dunes, the North Sea and the beach. There is also a 4 seater rowing boat included in the rent (usage at own risk/insurance).

    “Die Lage des Hauses war ein Grund für die Buchung und wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Ferring See. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren genau so wie sie abgebildet sind. Es ist sehr gemütlich und der Essplatz mit Blick auf den See ist wunderbar.
    Leider war das Haus nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet hätte. Laut einer Mitteilung war am Vortag jemand im Haus zur Kontrolle und hat eine Abnahme gemacht. Es waren in vielen Ecken Spinnweben im Haus und auch eine Staubschicht war zu sehen. Bei unzugänglichen Stellen wie unter den Betten und in den Ecken bei Sofa und Fernseher war es auch nicht sauber. Unsere Reklamation wurde von DanCenter aber sofort bearbeitet. Ein weiterer Punkt ist der Whirlpool. Er heizt leider nicht das Wasser auf und wenn man drei Wochen bleibt benötigt man schon eine Menge heißes Wasser um ihn nutzen zu können. Dazu muss man ihn auch teilweise mit Hilfe einer Tauchpumpe entleeren um wieder einfüllen zu können. Alles etwas umständlich.
    Aber das hat uns alles den Urlaub nicht vermiesen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und tolle 3 Wochen verbracht. Ich würde das Haus wieder buchen.”

    “Mooie ligging, prachtig natuurgebied, het meer en de zee heel dichtbij. Voor 6 personen wat weinig zitruimte in de salonkamer. 3e slaapkamer echt voor kinderen vanaf 6 jaar tot 16 jaar...steil trapje omhoog! Helaas was de boot niet bruikbaar, niet te vervoeren! Ook moet er telkens nieuw water in de jacuzzi omdat er geen verwarmingselementen in zitten, kost veel tijd telkens om vol en leeg te krijgen. Weinig gebruiksaanwijzingen aanwezig dus zelf veel uitpuzzelen.”
