Villa Tienda is in a great central position, only a few minutes' walk from Bellevue, the central area of Alcudia. A huge choice of shops, cafes and a diverse selection of restaurants are right on your doorstep! Plus, Alcudia's beautiful sandy beach is also within walking distance. This homely 4 bedroom villa is bright and welcoming, a real home from home. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

Entrance
The villa grounds are gated from the street where there is plenty of space to park your car if you choose to hire one. The main entrance to the villa is by the poolside.

Living space
The comfortable lounge and dining space has a seating area, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and an ornamental brick fireplace. Patio doors by the dining area open onto the covered terrace leading to the swimming pool. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you'll need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Villa Tienda has a fresh and airy double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms overlooking the terrace by the pool, and a single bedroom. All of the bedrooms have ample storage space and share the facilities of 2 separate shower rooms.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space
The south-facing pool terrace has ample space to sunbathe, and the alfresco dining area is around the side of the house, shaded from the sun. Around the other side of the house is the covered brick BBQ with a handy worktop area to prepare food. Roof terrace is not accessible.
