The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from May to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence include a bar (open from May to September) with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded. The apartment is on first floor for a max of 4 persons with Sat TV LED FLAT 32, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out beds for 2 persons, kitchen, lake view balcony with table and chairs, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC and Air conditioning (extra).     “Sehr schöne Lage. Vom Balkon hatten wir eine gute Aussicht auf den Gardasee und konnten unseren Wein am Abend genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Kostenloses W-Lan zwischenzeitlich ein Muss für unsern Sohn ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles super. Ideal fanden wir die Kombination der Ferienwohnung mit dem Restaurant und der Bar.”

    “Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub in diesem Haus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen vor Ort, ein super Restaurant und nette Atmosphäre abends an der kleinen Bar. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man brauchte, war sauber, wer es braucht, hat auch WLAN zur Verfügung. Eine Top Sicht vom Balkon aus auf den See und die Berge inklusive. Preis-Leistung - 1A. Wenn wir noch mal an den Gardasee fahren, auf jeden Fall wieder Bellavista. Und wenn Fragen sind, einfach beim Chef nachfragen, es wird immer freundlich weitergeholfen.”

    “L'appartement n°5 est idéalement orienté et offre une très bonne vue sur l'ensemble du lac. La terrasse est très grande, elle bénéficie d'un très bon ensoleillement le matin et jusqu'à 16H00 l'après midi. Le rajout d'un store serait appréciable mais pour 2 personnes le parasol suffit.
    L'appartement est bien meublé.
    La situation au coeur du village est un avantage car cela permet des ballades sympas le soir et de profiter des animations estivales (marché, concert, commerces...).
    Une place privative sur le parking : super !!
    Enfin la piscine de la résidence est très appréciable. Comme la résidence ne comporte que 7 appartements on peut en profiter à toute heure du jour sans qu'il y ait trop de monde !
    Enfin le personnel est très accueillant et très affable. Bravo !”
