Holiday Apartment in Zambratija with Wi-Fi Parking

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a family house, where two other apartments are rented, one for two people and one for up to 4 people. The house is located in a sunny area between the villages of Zambratija and Bašanija, the beach is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.


The apartment has a sleeping area with a double bed 160x200 (open space), bed linen provided (weekly change). From the sleeping area the exit to the covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs to spend the evenings outdoors or to enjoy breakfast in the morning, admiring the light of the first rays of the sun. From the terrace in the distance on the horizon a small part of the sea is visible. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a fridge with a freezer area, a stove with three gas burners and one electric, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery, pots, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, TV. flat-screen satellite, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area access to the bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror and toilet.


The house is the ideal accommodation for two or three families who wish to spend the summer in the same house in separate apartments and use the land of the property together. The two apartments for 2+2 people have the main entrance to the common corridor. From the corridor the private entrances to each apartment. The terrace in the courtyard with tables and chairs, the garden, the outdoor shower, and the fenced private parking are available for common use.


In the village of Bašanija, about 700 m from the house, there is a supermarket, a bakery, a bank, ATMs, bars, restaurants, and a greengrocer. The location of the house offers the opportunity to visit the various beaches of Zambratija and Bašanija. The nearest beach is rocky and natural, not very frequented.


The area is surrounded by private houses, small condominiums, olive groves, meadows, nearby there are natural (rocky) beaches that are not very crowded in the vicinity for those who love tranquility and the clear sea, within walking distance also the famous, equipped sandy beach of Zambratija where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas for a fee. The excellent restaurants in the area are recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine, on the beaches, you will find fast food, bars, there is also a nice quiet area for walks. Nearby is the Savudrija tourist village, the Savudrija campsite, and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is highly sought after for its variety of sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches for every need and taste. The center of Umag is 5 km from the house.


In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.


In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, a golf course with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of ​​the white truffle, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, Fish picnic boat, trip to Venice, Pola, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more. For the trips, we recommend the tourist agency TREVITOURS which will advise you with great professionalism.
