Pleasant Apartment in Zambratija with Private Parking

The air-conditioned apartment with a private entrance is located on the raised ground floor of a small family house with three apartments that can be rented for a maximum of 10 people. The house is located in a sunny area between the villages of Zambratija and Bašanija, the beach is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.


The apartment is located on the back of the house and is completely separated from the two other apartments that are rented in the house. It offers simple but functional furniture. It has a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, bed linen provided - weekly change, wardrobe, air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, open passage to the kitchen area. The equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with three gas burners and an electric plate, kettle, smoke extractor hood, coffee machine, dishes, pots and cutlery, a dining table with chairs, and a direct exit to the small terrace. entrance with a hut view. The large bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and external window. Two towels per person provided, (changed weekly). The small terrace at the entrance is furnished with a table and chairs where you can spend the evenings in peace drinking the delicious Istrian wine or enjoy breakfast in the morning while admiring the surrounding nature. In the fenced courtyard, an outdoor shower and parking are available for shared use.


The rocky beach is just 300 m from the house, while the sandy beach is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas for a fee is about 700 m away.


In the village of Bašanija, about 700 m from the house, there is a supermarket, a bakery, a bank, ATMs, bars, restaurants, and a greengrocer. The location of the house offers the opportunity to visit the various beaches of Zambratija and Bašanija. The nearest beach is rocky and natural, not very frequented.


The area is surrounded by private houses, small condominiums, olive groves, meadows, nearby there are natural (rocky) beaches that are not very crowded in the vicinity for those who love tranquility and the clear sea, within walking distance also the famous, equipped sandy beach of Zambratija where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas for a fee. The excellent restaurants in the area are recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine, on the beaches, you will find fast food, bars, there is also a nice quiet area for walks. Nearby is the Savudrija tourist village, the Savudrija campsite, and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is highly sought after for its variety of sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches for every need and taste. The center of Umag is 5 km from the house.


In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.


In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, a golf course with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of ​​the white truffle, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, Fish picnic boat, trip to Venice, Pola, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster.
