Comfortable Apartment in Umag with Well-Kept Garden

The air-conditioned accommodation is located on the first floor of a family house in a quiet and sunny area. The strong point is the proximity to the supermarket (100 m), bar (50 m), restaurant, playground and city center, all within walking distance. The nearest beach at 900m while the seafront at 600m.


The fully furnished apartment is ideal for couples who want comfort, privacy and relaxation. The air-conditioned and comfortable apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining area and balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, sofa, air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen provided (changed weekly) , exit to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly) and amenities. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Mocca, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots. The dining area and living area with table and two chairs, cupboard, sofa, mirror, radio and exit to the balcony. The balcony has a garden table with two chairs, awning, overlooking the garden and street. The property is fenced with a large well-kept garden and offers parking from the outside of the courtyard.


The Umag - Komunela area is loved for its proximity to all necessary facilities. To shop at 100 m the well-equipped ULTRA supermarket with reasonable prices. There is a restaurant near the apartment. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. The supermarket is 500 m from the house. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.


Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade is very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Vrsar, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more. For organized trips, we recommend the Trevitours agency which, after a telephone consultation or with the owner, also brings the tickets to your home.

    “Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern.
    In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Und die wichtigsten Sachen findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
    In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
    Sollten wir nochmal nach Umag reisen, würden wir sicher dort wieder anfragen.”
