Lovely Apartment in Babići with Private Parking

The independent cottage Iris surrounded by greenery in a quiet area, located in a small village Biribaci near the city of Umag is the ideal accommodation for those who love nature, privacy, and tranquility. The house has a private garden with fenced parking. The cottage for up to 3 people has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and single bed (80x200), bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps, air conditioner, and wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and adjoining living area with dining table with four chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The complete bathroom has a shower, washing machine, sink with mirror and cabinet, hairdryer, towels for the bathroom two per person provided, iron and ironing board available. At the entrance of the house, there is a small terrace with a table and two garden chairs. ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The highlight of the accommodation is the 12sqm covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing moments. In the fenced courtyard of 200 square meters, there is a portable barbecue and parking. The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach. The grocery store is 2 km away near the Finida campsite or 2.5 km in the village of Lovrečica. 4 km away from the Park Umag campsite where you can enter on foot and use the campsite's bathing facilities. Babići pizzeria restaurant about 800 m. Near the house, there is a chiropractic office, with saunas and whirlpool tubs that can be used for a fee and by appointment. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade is very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
