- fully equipped kitchen with dining area (stove, fridge with freezing compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave)- 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating
-1st bathroom: washbasin, toilette, bath, bide, hairdryer
-2nd bathroom: washbasin, toilette, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer
Facilities: 4x air condition, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, bed linen and towels provided and changed once per week, iron and board, private garden, parking space, swimming pool-possibility of heating, 6 sun beds, garden furniture, outside shower
Visitor's tax and security deposit: visitor's tax inclusive, security deposit EUR 200.00 (mandatory, payable at location)

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
