In a small village in the Marche region, this pretty detached farmhouse awaits you. From the house you have a breathtaking view of the countryside, dominated by the mountains of Monte Vettore, the highest mountain in Le Marche, behind the rolling hills.

The house has a living area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook beautifully and spend convivial hours at meals. Three of the total of four double bedrooms on the upper floors have access to terraces, so you can admire the panoramic view here every morning.

From the dining area you can access the garden, where you can dine al fresco in the shade of a large parasol while enjoying the view. If you long for some peace and quiet, away from the family, you can continue up stairs and find a small sun terrace with deck chairs. Your children can play and swing on the lawn and fill the garden with children's laughter.

The house is located in a convenient position near the sea of Porto San Giorgio, Lido di Fermo and near mountains with characteristic routes.
