This house is a fully restored 18th century building, located in the town of Chassiers, a characterful village in South Ardèche in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Park.

You will enjoy in absolute calm a panoramic view stretching as far as Mont Ventoux, whether from the terrace or from the swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated from week 20 to week 39 (*). A petanque court is at your disposal.

The property has a capacity of 7 people, ideally suited for 2 families in the same group. It is classified as 4* tourism furnished and fully air-conditioned. We offer you a stress-free arrival: prepared bedding, towels, hygiene products. Wifi and Netflix are available. End of stay cleaning is included. Dogs are welcome.

The house is located on the first foothills of the Cévennes, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and chestnut trees. The town of Largentière is 10 minutes away by car with all its amenities (retail shops, supermarket, medical center, tourist office, Tuesday market, etc.). The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs, height differences, parking at a distance from the house)

30 minutes away, the Ardèche gorges national reserve and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc (CHAUVET Cave - classified as a UNESCO heritage site)

You can also enjoy another house, "La Calade de Joux", with similar services with a large swimming pool and ventilated covered terrace, located 500m from "La Calade de Joux". This cottage is available on this platform.
