luxurious 4.5 room maisonette (living area approx. 136m2; total area approx. 160m2), sunny all day long 3 bedrooms (1 large parents' room with double bed and workstation; 1 children's room with bunk beds; 1 room with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed) 3 wet rooms (two en-suite bathrooms, one guest toilet) Large living room with open kitchen, dining and living room (kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker etc.)  Gallery with TV and various games 2 large balconies with distant view 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house laundry room and cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer Baby equipment available (baby crib, high chair, sled insert) The apartment is furnished with typical materials from the Engadine (pine wood and granite) and designer furniture. It has two floors. On the upper floor there are the living/dining room, the guest toilet and a children's room. On the lower floor are the parents' room and the second bedroom. Location In the center of the village, 100m from the Languard ski lift, about 200m to Pontresina indoor pool and spa, many good restaurants and bakeries around the house. Sunny panoramic position (view to the village and to the Roseggtal) Occupancy maximum 6 persons; no pets allowed; smoking in the apartment is not allowed

    “unkomplizierte Schlüsselabgabe:)) sehr moderne und schöne F'Wohnung Positiv: sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage, sonniger Balkon Negativ: Küchenausstattung eher knapp, Wandlampen zu tief montiert -> Verletzungsgefahr!! Ausflüge: Muottas Muragl-Unterer Schafberg-Pontresina - sonnig mit toller Sicht auf Berge und Seen”

    “Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen, hellen und gepflegten Wohnung mit viel Abendsonne auf dem Balkon. Positiv: Die zentrale Lage (alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäckerei, Sennerei und Supermarkt) in der Nähe. Ebenso das Thermalbad mit grossem SPA-Bereich sowie der Sessellift in Gehdistanz.”
