Luxurious 3.5 room apartment with a panoramic view of the mountains and the entire village of Flims with direct access to the Ski slope. The apartment was completely renovated in October 2020 and has 2 covered balconies. In the first floor there is a 15 square meter sauna room that only belongs to this apartment (with bio sauna and shower).
The appartment has 3.5 rooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 covered balconies, an open kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate ski-room, a separate room for ski boots, a laundry room (with washing machine/tumbler) for shared use, a private underground parking space with direct access to the apartment and a private outdoor parking space, a built-in wardrobe, free Wifi, TV, intercom, etc. In addition there is a 15 square meter sauna room at the first floor that only belongs to this apartment.
