Renovated, spacious cottage. Quietly located, as the last house in the village. Open fireplace for cozy evenings. 2 beds in the hall. Free fishing at Brohultasee. Swimming and fishing also in Lake Allsappa 800 m away. In the surrounding area there is beautiful nature with hiking trails. Here you can find many mushrooms. We also recommend a visit to Vrigstad with the moose park, and the old part of Eksjö is worth a visit. An absolute must is the world of Astrid Lindgren.

    “Lage:
    Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und liegt an einer ca. 2-3 km langen guten Schotterstraße, die von einer kleiner Landstraße abgeht. Der unmittelbar um das Haus liegende Rasen ist sehr gepflegt und wurde am Tag unserer Ankunft frisch gemäht. Das Haus ist weiter von größeren freien Wiesen umgeben, auf der frühmorgends oft Tiere (Rehe, Kraniche, Hasen) stehen. Ein Scheunenkomplex gehört zum Grundstück. Ein Ruderboot auf dem Brohultasee ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der See erscheint allerdings zum Baden nicht sehr einladend (Schilf, Schlick, kein Steg), eine Rudertour war jedoch sehr entspannend. In der näheren Umgebung (10-30 km, mit PKW) finden sich aber gute, öffentlich zugängliche Bademöglichkeiten ("Badplats") an verschiedenen anderen Seen.
    Ausstattung:
    Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Die für deutsche Verhältnisse niedrige Deckenhöhe (ca. 2,20m) ist zunächst gewöhungsbedürftig, was nach 1-2 Tagen aber geschehen ist.
    In der Wohnstube gibt es Satellitenempfang, DVD-Anlage mit Lautsprechern, Breitbildröhrenfernseher, Lederpolstermöbel und einen Esstisch mit Stühlen; die sanitären Anlagen sind relativ neu (2 Jahre) und in sehr gutem Zustand, die nicht sehr große Duschkabine und WC sind im Haus selbst von der Küche aus in einem separaten kleinen Anbau zu erreichen; eine sehr gut funktionierende Waschmaschine ist vorhanden; die Küche ist groß und auch hier sind die Einbauten schon mal erneuert worden (E-Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Kühl/Gefrierkombination, div. Schränke) und in bestem und sauberen Zustand, ein gemütlicher Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und viel Platz ist vorhanden - hier kann man sehr gut sitzen und lesen und hat einen Ausblick auf die Wiesen.
    Die Schlafräume in der oberen Etage sind sehr groß und recht spärlich möbliert (=viel Platz) und enthalten einmal 4 und einmal 2 Betten.
    Insgesamt ist das Preisniveau (sainsonbedingt unterschiedlich) nicht niedrig, aber angemessen. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”
