Das Apartment ist Ende 2021 fertiggestellt worden und mit hochwertigen Materialien und Möbeln ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein sehr bequemes Schlafsofa in Queensize-Größe für 1-2 Personen. Im Schlafzimmer erholen Sie sich in einem King-Size-Bett aus Leder mit extrem bequemer Matratze und antiallergischen Kissen. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz steht dort ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Steckdosen am Bett haben integrierte USB-Ports. Das geräumige Bad ist modern und stylisch und lädt mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche zur Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über neue, modernste Geräte. In einer Kammer befindet sich ein kombinierter Waschmaschinen/Trockner-Turm.
Für den Tag am Strand stehen Strandstühle und Strandtücher, ebenso wie eine kleine Kühlbox zur Verfügung. Lassen Sie den Tag auf den bequemen Möbeln auf dem Balkon mit einem Glas Wein und dem Blick über die Küste und der vorgelagerten Saline ausklingen oder mit einer Sporteinheit im Fitnessraum oder den Tennisplätzen. Ein 18-Loch-Golfplatz befindet sich gegenüber.
Am Abend lädt das Club-Restaurant mit frischen Spezialitäten ein. Man ist aber auch in 10 Minuten im quirligen Palm Beach, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars und Shops gibt. An zwei der drei Pools der Anlage stehen außerdem Grillplätze nach Anmeldung zur Verfügung. Supermärkte und Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe. Der wunderschöne Arashi Beach, ein Schnorchelparadies, ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, der weltberühmte Eagle Beach in 10 Minuten.
Partys, Jungesell-Innen-Abschiede o.ä. sind im Apartment nicht erwünscht. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder und Kinder bis 10 Jahre nicht geeignet, es stehen leider keine Babybettchen oder Hochstühle zur Verfügung.

The apartment was finished and ready to move in at the end of 2021. It is built and equipped with high-end materials and furniture. In the living room there is a very comfortable queensize bedsofa for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has a kingsize leather bed with anti-allergic pillows and an extremely comfortable matress. There is also a small working space and the sockets at the bedsides have integrated USB ports. The spacious bathroom is modern and stylish and invites you to relax in a big walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, state of the art appliances. There is also a washing machine and dryer combination tower in a small seperate room.
Beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler can be used to spend a beautiful day at the beach. At the end of a sunny day, enjoy a glass of cool wine on the comfortable balcony overlooking the coast and the saline, or work out in the fitness club or on the tennis court. There is an 18 hole golf course right across the street.
In the evening, the club restaurant offers fresh local food. Vivid Palm Beach with its restaurants, bars and shops is only 10 minutes away. At two of the three pools, BBQ areas are available after signing in at the clubhouse. Supermarkets and shops are close by. Beautiful Arashi Beach, a great place for snorkeling, is only 5 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to reach worldfamous Eagle Beach.
Any partys, such as bachelor partys, are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for infants and children under 10 years. There are no baby cribs and high chairs available.

Es stehen außerdem ein Safe, Strandstühle, Strandtücher, ein Sonnenschirm, eine Kühlbox und Thermosflaschen zur Verfügung. Da auf Aruba Plastiktüten verboten sind, stehen ebenfalls Einkaufstaschen und -beutel zur Verfügung.

There is a safe for valuables. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a small cooling box are available in the apartment. As plastic bags are forbidden on Aruba, there are also reusable shopping bags in the kitchen.
