Beautiful 3 bedrooms holiday villa.

The house consists of a main area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning, and access to the pool and terrace.

There are also two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other offers two separate beds. Each room is air-conditioned.

A small private room connected to the house offers an additional bedroom with a fully equipped private bathroom.

The facility has 350 m2, is fenced, contains an outdoor pool, covered terrace and barbecue. Parking is provided for 2 cars.

The house is 600 meters from the nearest beach and is located in a quiet location.

In Medulin, you will find restaurants, shops, hiking trails, bike trails, and many other facilities for children and adults.

Sandy, pebble and stone beaches, mostly with organized beach facilities, suitable for children, are located all along the coast.

Diving, surfing, water skiing and tennis courts are nearby.
