Situated in a well-known, gated and secure estate on a hill, this beautiful house offers breathtaking views of the valley, forests, mountains and even a small glimpse of the sea. Inside the house you will find a cosy and authentic interior. Low ceilings make the rooms on the upper floor inviting for children, who can retreat here with a book or a game.

Discover the garden too, with its terrace and fantastic pool. Here you can enjoy the sun and nature together and spend many hours swimming in the water. Fun and sport are not neglected either, as there is a tennis court and a boules court just 100 metres away on foot. The play equipment is at your disposal. Enjoy the rural flair, with hens and a cockerel on the property to provide you with delicious eggs.

The location is ideal for making new choices every day. For example, explore the countryside of the hinterland or head to the nearby Lac de Saint-Cassien and try out new water sports or cycle along the shore. On other days, you can explore the beautiful coastline, experience the beautiful hiking trails or simply lie on the beach and laze around. You can also visit cities, making Cannes and Nice the perfect destinations.
