Villa Salvore is a beautiful, comfortable holiday home with a summer kitchen that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and arable fields, located very close to the sea and beaches. It is located on a fenced and well-kept garden, very suitable for families with children and pets, as well as young people. The location is very quiet and there is no traffic.

The special features of our region are wine roads and olive oil roads. There is an agricultural farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day, and you can enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms.

Bicycle paths right next to the house (Parenzana Trail), quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.

Do not miss visiting our phenomena, lighthouses, fortresses and quarries. An unforgettable pleasure is the sunset at our lighthouse in Savudrija. We definitely recommend a trip to Stancija Grande, the Observatory in Višnjan, Kaštela Rota in Momnjan, and the Amphitheater and Aquarium in Pula, as well as other sights of this region.

The favorite place of golfers is the Skiper Resort, the Adriatic golf course. A relaxed game will be evoked by the view of nature and its beauty, while tennis fans will spend their time in the Blue Lagoon in Umag. Aquapark Istralandia will make the annual vacation perfect for the youngest.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. From there there is a view of the pool and the covered terrace with a large table and deck chairs. There are also four bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as an additional toilet. In the basement of our house there is a game room with billiards.
The special features of this villa are the covered area next to the pool where there is an additional toilet and a summer kitchen with a grill where you can enjoy preparing dishes from raw materials from local growers.

Our guests can reach Savudrija in just a few minutes (lighthouse, beach bars, restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, port...), Umag (tennis courts, sandy beach, entertainment for young people and children, catering, shops...), Novigrad (beautiful beaches, open and clean sea, beach bars)..... The famous Parenzana bicycle path will take you through the beauty of this region, and the proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, the National Park Brijuni, central Istria.....
