Groud floor apartment at a traditional villa just 30 meters off the beach

One of two apartments of the Villa (another has the number 2575500). Suitable for people exhausted from the dizzying urban life, from the mundane marathon; from hunting an elusive success. Even a short stay will reload your batteries to continue the battle.
At your disposal is all ground floor of the villa: a separate entrance, living room and dining room. Then one bedroom with two single beds transformable in one double bed (bed linen provided), night tables, wardrobe. Then fully equipped American style kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, utensils); a shower room (towels, shower gel, shampooing and soap provided) with italian shower, toilet and tub. Two halls with coaches tranfsormables into single beds.

The villa is air conditioned, has central heating for cold times, unlimited Internet access with WiFi, flat screen TV with satellite channels (Astra, Hotbird, Nilesat), library with books in 4 languages, washing machine, iron.

Outdoor there is a garden, an open terrace with barbecue and eating area to enjoy your meal outdoors; a summer shower room with shower and toilet to clean yourself after the beach, also a secure indoor parking for up to 3 vehicules. The open spaces are to share with eventual guests of a first floor apartment.

There is a catamaran Happiecat of 3,5m at the garden.

Chott Meriem is a seaside village. Our neighborhood is middle class. Our street is paved, extending to the fine large sandy beach. Port El Kantaoui is at 5km, 18-hole golf course is 5km away, Mall of Sousse is at 6km, the city center of Sousse (Medina and railway stations) is at 13km, the Enfidha-Hammamet International airport is 19km away, the International Airport Monastir Habib Bourghiba is 30km away, the Tunis Carthage International airport is 140km away. At 400 metres, near Al Bochra mosque there is a bus stop to Medina of Sousse via Kantaoui and to Hergla at the opposite side of the street; 1,5td. Here you can also catch louage -shared taxi (minibus up to 8 passengers) with destinations Medina (1,5td), Kantaoui (0,9td), Akouda (0,9td), Hammam Sousse (1,15td).
