Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and campfire site. The house has a garden with fruit trees and a seating area with a roof and a large fireplace (garden pavilion), which is available to guests in common, ideal for a summer stay.

Lokve, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a parking lot in the village. Guests have access to 2 parking spaces on public property free of charge.

central heating (wood & coal). The apartment has central heating for winter operation and in summer there is always a pleasant climate as it is a mountainous area at an altitude of approximately 750 m. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
