Villa Lucija is located on the edge of a quiet village in green central Istria.
This holiday home is an ideal place to relax in peace with the chirping of birds, surrounded by greenery, but still close to famous tourist places and beaches. It is located on its own fully fenced plot, where guests can enjoy a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with seating area and fireplace, a volleyball/badminton net, a children's playground and several parking spaces.
Villa with pool for 6-8 people on two floors consists of a ground floor where we find a living room with sofa bed for two children, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and a bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, then a bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom and a balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
