Villa 117 is a renovated stone house for 8 people with heated swimming pool near Visnjan.
The house is over 200 years old and was completely renovated in 2021, which is why you can enjoy the advantages of a modern holiday home in a traditional stone house. Interesting stone artifacts were found in the house during the renovation and were kept in the house.
The guests can use a heated pool with salt water, a sun deck with sun loungers and a solar shower. In the garden there is a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. There are four parking spaces outside the property.
The house also has other special features, a library on the first floor for relaxation and a children's playroom on the second floor (attic) for the young ones.

The total living space is 259 sqm and extends over three air-conditioned floors. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet. On the second floor (attic) there are two double rooms, one with two single beds that can be joined together, the other with a double bed and its own shower/toilet and another shower/toilet in the hallway.
Villa 117 has e-bikes that can be borrowed. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
