The property boasts Mediterranean flora, including almond trees, creating a tranquil outdoor space. The extensive terraces offer stunning sea views, including a fleeting glimpse of the Portocolom lighthouse. The pool, with its Roman-style stepped entrance, is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Inside, the air-conditioned villa has a typical Spanish design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite) and a spacious living/dining area with fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and a small fitness room in the basement provide additional comfort.

The finca "Can Marines" is located in the countryside just outside S'Horta in the south of the island. Just two minutes by car or on foot to the village with a small supermarket, restaurants and cafés, or walk if you prefer. Santanyí with its market every Wednesday and Saturday is about 10 km away. The nearest beaches are only 5 km away, including Cala Sa Nau and Cala d'Or.

The air conditioning in this property is included for 12 hours a day with reasonable use. In the rare event that this limit is exceeded, you will be charged in cash on site.

Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 25. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
