A highlight of the villa is the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge and dishwasher, which is perfect for dining together on warm evenings.
Inside is the spacious, air-conditioned living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are suitable for a self-catering holiday. The villa has six stylish, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, two on the ground floor and four luxurious suites with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a whirlpool bath on the upper floor. With central heating throughout the house, the villa ensures comfort all year round.
The villa is located in the centre of the naturally beautiful Son Cifre region in the eastern part of Mallorca. This nature reserve stretches from Artà to Manacor. Manacor is only 4 km away and offers several large supermarkets as well as some very good restaurants. In a hire car you can quickly reach the beaches in the south-east, such as Cala Varquez, or in the north-east, such as Son Serra de Marina. The bay of Colonia de St. Pere, a small sleepy fishing village, is only 15 minutes away by car.
