The elegant townhouse La Maniga de Petra offers you the opportunity to even spend a holiday in its tastefully renovated rooms. This exceptional holiday home is located at the end of a quiet residential street on the outskirts of Petra. The village in the centre of the island has been spared the hustle and bustle to this day. It is an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island. The living area is spread over three levels. In addition, there is an outdoor area of almost 200 m2, consisting of a traditional terrace with a pebble floor and small terraces on the upper floors. In this terrace you will find cosy seating areas, an inviting dining area and a great outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The light-flooded rooms on the ground floor surround the patio and offer complete privacy.

At the entrance of the townhouse you are greeted by a traditional reception. To the left is a bedroom and a bathroom. The old arch at the front leads to a cosy living room with a fireplace and large sofa. The ambience is characterised by high ceilings, white walls and pleasant terracotta floors. The kitchen houses another dining area. Access to the terrace is possible from both the living room and the kitchen. The first floor is dominated by a beautiful, bright TV room. There are three further bedrooms on this level. One of them has its own small terrace. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub on this level. The third floor is dedicated to another very cosy bedroom and a roof terrace with wonderful views.

The townhouse is located on the outskirts of Petra in the centre of the island. Small supermarkets are within walking distance. There are various wineries and restaurants to discover around the village. The long sandy beach in the bay of Alcúdia is only 25 minutes away.
