Located in the rural north-east of the island, Villa Son Duri Nou is an oasis of tranquillity even in the high season. After a 45-minute drive from the airport, your domicile welcomes you to an all-round relaxing holiday. A gravel car park offers enough space for several hire cars. Upon arrival, guests of all ages are likely to head straight to the spacious pool terrace. Here, 8 x 4 metres of pure water fun awaits. Guests can cool off with a long dip and have fun swimming. The airy pool pavilion will also immediately catch the eye. Sitting slightly elevated on a gallery, with or without curtains, offers protection from the wind and sun. But you can also make yourself comfortable on the covered terrace right next to the house, have breakfast in idyllic peace and quiet, fire up the barbecue or reflect on the day's adventures. You can also relax on a second terrace diagonally opposite with a chill-out lounge made from pallets. All in all, a great outdoor area where you can relax wonderfully.

Equally harmonious are the bright and modern rooms of the house, which have been furnished by the owners with a great sense of style and attention to detail. A high room with a sloping roof and massive exposed beams forms the centre of the villa and houses the kitchen, dining room and living room. Windows on three sides let in plenty of Mediterranean light and radiate a very special ambience. The bright and tasteful interior of the house impresses with its excellent furnishings and invites you to spend a few quiet hours and pass the time. A fireplace ensures relaxation even on colder days, as does the flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The modern kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A total of three charming bedrooms are available for guests to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Tastefully and practically furnished, each one offers maximum comfort. The same applies to the villa's two bathrooms. As a cheeky icing on the cake, one of them has its own bathroom, which is connected to the master bedroom.

Although the villa is located in the quiet north-east of the island, it still offers a wide range of excursions and activities. The often underestimated town of Manacor has much more to offer than the well-known pearls and furniture: an old town with palatial buildings such as the Torre dels Enagistes (with an archaeological museum), historic windmills and a pedestrian zone with numerous street cafés where you can sip a cortado on Mondays or watch the colourful hustle and bustle at the weekly market. The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina or the quiet harbour town of Porto Cristo with its beautiful promenade and famous dragon caves are just a few minutes' drive away. After an eventful day's holiday, you can return to Villa Son Duri Nou and end the day in complete peace and quiet.

Villa Son Duri Nou in the north-east of Mallorca is situated in a rural and absolutely peaceful location. The idyllic area guarantees an all-round relaxing holiday. There are several large supermarkets in Manacor, which is only 15 minutes away by car. On Mondays you can buy fresh, regional specialities at the market. The beaches to the north, such as Son Serra de Marina (15 min.) or to the east (Cala Millor, 30 min.) can be easily reached by hire car.
