Located in the middle of the quiet village of Son Carrió, the Sa Llimonera townhouse offers refreshment and relaxation, and not just because of its name, which means lemon tree: the small, cosy terrace in the rear garden courtyard ensures a pleasant stay with a beautiful view of a stately, shady tree. Here you can enjoy the secluded tranquillity in the morning and prepare for an eventful day with a glass of freshly squeezed juice. If you are travelling with children, the nearby playground with table tennis table is another attraction of this house.

The interior of the small house impresses with a clear, light-flooded room layout: the excellently equipped kitchen and the adjoining dining room with a rustic, decorative indoor fountain serve as the centrepiece of your culinary voyages of discovery. The modern glass table offers enough space for all guests. And if you have visitors in the villa, there are plenty of additional chairs available. The bright colours and clever lighting concept create an uncluttered ambience, which is also noticeable in the living room with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. Although the fireplace cannot currently be used, it still contributes to the cosiness factor of the property. In addition to a bathroom that is accessible to everyone, one of the three bedrooms has the added luxury of its own bathroom. Two of the rooms are each furnished with two single beds, while the third, slightly smaller room offers one traveller a restful night's sleep. In a further room directly at the entrance to the house, you will find a wardrobe and two armchairs, so that the house offers enough space to retreat to even when fully occupied.

The east of Mallorca is a special feast for the eyes: largely undeveloped, you can let your gaze wander into the distance, while the perfect beach experience is always just a stone's throw away thanks to the varied stretches of coastline. Whether you head to Costa de los Pinos, 12 kilometres away, to enjoy a day on the beach next to the pine trees, immerse yourself in the maritime flair of Portocristo or visit one of the quaint tavernas in Son Severa, there are countless possibilities in this particularly attractive region. The tourist infrastructure in Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor is particularly well developed. Here you will find an unrivalled variety of evening and night-time activities. The neo-Romanesque church of Sant Miquel in your holiday resort of Son Carrió is also worth a visit. The house is located directly on a street that is quite audible, but the village is small and tranquil. If you are looking for an insider tip off the beaten track, head to the bay of Cala Petita, 7 kilometres away. Four renowned golf courses, including the Pula golf course, are just a few minutes away by car. The Sa Llimonera townhouse introduces you to the joys of Mallorcan village life: Son Carrió has just 1,500 inhabitants. Surrounded by unspoilt nature that invites you to go hiking and horse riding, Portocristo is just 5.5 km away. Here you can stroll along the beach promenade or try out various water sports. Cala Millor, 7 km away, is known for its nightlife, while romantics will get their money's worth in the artists' town of Artà (17 km).
